Cancellation policy

Life happens!! I totally get it. If you need to change your appointment, I just request at least 48 hr notice in order to avoid fees. I hope you understand that I reserve your appointment time just for you, and if it opens up unexpectedly , I don’t have enough time to accommodate another client. 24-48hr notice will pay 50%of the services booked & less than 24 hr notice will pay the total cost of services booked. Of course if there is an unexpected EMERGENCY, I will do my best to work with you.

I require a 50% retainer fee for New Client bookings. This fee will be applied to your final bill. Cancellation or No Show will result in the forfeiture of your retainer fee.

No Show policy

If you don’t show up for your appointment, it will be addressed as a cancellation with less than 24 hr notice, and charged the full cost of the services booked. If you are a new client, you will forfeit your retainer and not be allowed to reschedule. This allows for clients eager to come in, to book appointments without any wasted time.

Late Policy

Please let me know ASAP if you are running late. After 15 minutes, I will do my best to fit in as much of your service as possible. We can discuss alterations to your service when you arrive.

Services Guarantee

I stand behind all of my work, and guarantee the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having any issues from any service provided, I ask that you let me know within one week of your appointment. I will schedule a convenient time for you to come back in and make the necessary adjustments. This does not apply if I have provided a services that we both agreed upon, and once you get home you have changed your mind, but please let me know anyway so I can advise on the steps to get you to your new goals.
